Created augmented reality game that allowed people to virtual “squish” mosquitos and get a video which could be shared on their social networks.


We worked with the client and helped with the product design and ideation. We then wire-framed and designed the app and implemented. We came up with a patented iOS framework that allowed for virtual touches to be registered using the single front-facing camera while simultaneously recording the data from the camera.

To insure broadest platform support, we had to be very cognizant of computational efficiency, this included leveraging the NEON vector sub-processor. Portability of the framework was also key, so it was written in C++ for eventual porting to additional platforms.
